A site is interested in setting up Tyler Signature Service functionality

Cause

Need to integrate DocuSign signature workflow with Enterprise ERP (Munis) Purchase orders and Contracts

Resolution
  • Contact site sales representative to coordinate with Implementation for setup and use
    • If Sales Rep contact information is not known Contact Financials support teams and they can help direct site to sales rep contact information
    • Support can provide access to a document for Signature Services Overview in ERP Purchasing but anything beyond the document would be implementation to explain and help configuring
    • The product is deployed to the non-production environments first and Tyler's Docusign account is used while the site tests the product potentially with help from implementation
  • Required:
    • Your site will need a DocuSign account for authenticating to the DocuSign integration key created by Tyler
