GB Invoices batch total and header amounts do not match charge detail amounts

Description of Issue

  • The General Billing Invoices .NET program is incorrectly rounding the header and batch amounts.

  • Invoice header amount is being rounded down in Invoices.

  • Invoices shows header amounts that do not match the sum of the charge lines on the invoice.

Cause

One or more invoice lines are rounded up due to quantity times price calculations that would otherwise result in fractions of a penny.



Resolution

Development is researching the issue. There is no workaround.
