How to create a report for Employee name number and Hire Date

Description of Issue

I am looking for a report that would list employee name, number, Hire date.

  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Employee Master

  • Employee Inquiry

  • Reporting

  • Employee Maintenance

Cause

Auditors asking for information on Hire Date for Employees

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the program Employee Inquiry (Menu → Human Resources/Payroll → Payroll → Employee Maintenance → Employee Inquiry)

  2. Search for the employees to be included on the report

  3. Click Excel in the ribbon

  4. Select Full Report

  5. Define your the fields you wish to export on the Export Filter screen

  6. Click Save and Exit
