Do I enter each pay period in NHRS Pay Period Maintenance or the month start and end dates

We have bi-weekly payrolls, but report to NHRS on a monthly basis. Do I enter each bi-weekly payroll in Pay Period Maintenance or the start and end dates for each month?

• Payroll

• New Hampshire

• NHRS Report

Each payroll, for every Pay Frequency. 

Example:

If your Pay Frequency is Biweekly, you would enter at least 26 lines in Pay Period Maintenance; One for each regularly scheduled Biweekly payroll.

Your monthly file to NHRS will include a separate line for each Biweekly payroll with a Check Date in the reporting month.
