The excel add on ca be downloaded from https://tylercommunity.tylertech.com/enterprise-erp/enterprise-erp-system-administration-technology/m/munis_release_downloads/3620. After download follow the on screen prompts to begin use. This will require your Base web service URL which can be found within System Administration > General Administration > Web Services.
