Description of Issue

Would like schedule information from Google Calendar to display in Tyler HUB without having to recreate the schedule.

Cause

Google Calendar is used for scheduling meetings, appointments, etc.



Resolution

  1. Follow Google Help Instructions to get embed link:  Add Google Calendar to your website

    1. Copy the link under Public URL to this calendar

In HUB:

  1. Select Edit Content from the menu

  2. Add Card

  3. Create New Card

  4. Update the Card Title field at the top of the screen

  5. Under Card Type select Viewer

  6. Select Content Viewer

  7. +Add Link

  8. Populate Display Name for the link and select Custom Link from the dropdown

  9. Paste the Public URL you copied for the Google calendar from above.

  10. Save

  11. Review Card Preview

  12. Select Save at the top of the screen

  13. Move the card on the page to the desired location 

  14. Save
