Delete or remove a tax bill

A tax bill needs to be deleted or removed. 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Bill Detail Adjustments (txbldtmt)

A tax bill was created in error and needs to be removed or other circumstances call for the bill to be deleted. 

Since the program is designed to be 100% auditable, bills cannot be deleted, but the charges on the bill can be adjusted to $0 by adding negative adjustments using Bill Detail Adjustment to offset the charges. This effectively deletes the bill.
