A valid value must be entered error when adding a Department Code to a user in User Attributes

Adding a Department Code to a user in User Attributes and the Department Name shows as *UNKNOWN* and the error A valid value must be entered displays at the bottom of the screen

Department Code missing from System Department Codes

To add a new department, go to:

System Administration > General Administration > System Department Codes

1. Add

2. Enter Code, Description, and Short Desc

3. Accept

Once added, this code can now be selected as a Department Code in User Attributes.
