Description of Issue

Tyler Hub page displays 504 Gateway Time-out

Cause

The IIS worker processor is consuming CPU causing the server to run incredibly slowly and causing the hub site to error out



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM Saas for further assistance in the Support Portal
