Workflow is not working and there is an error message about the user's email:

Workflow was not started. Wfnxtpe3 = An error was encountered selecting the email address for the approver. The email address is blank. Please have your Administration enter this information.

The Approver the workflow was sent to does not have an email address in Munis User Attributes.

Update user record in User Attributes and populate the Email field. 

• Process in the error will display workflow transaction type causing the error. 

• Operation in error displays workflow rule type: A=Approve, N=Notify

• Error failed to get this message to your SMTP server for delivery
