Timesheet Hours Failing To Populate Timecard

Description of Issue

The scheduled hours on an employee's timesheet are failing to populate their timecard therefore also failing to export in the move to payroll. What can be done to correct this?



Context

  • Timesheet Entry

  • Schedule



Cause

The entries still had a yellow asterisk next to them meaning that the timesheet had not yet been saved.



Resolution

To Save the Timesheet Entry:

  1. Select Employee Actions

  2. Select Timesheet Entry

  3. Select the correct pay period, Current or Previous

  4. Select Save

  5. Verify that once the screen refreshed, there are no yellow asterisks next to any of the entries
