Error Adding Employee into Payroll when using ENTER key instead of TAB - Org Location Restrictions Prevent you From Adding this Employee

When trying to add an employee into Payroll we are getting error Org/Location Restrictions Prevent you From Adding this Employee. We found this only happens if we hit the ENTER key between fields instead of the TAB key. 

• Payroll

• Payroll Start and Status

• Earnings and Deductions

• Generate Earnings and Deductions 

System Defect when hitting ENTER key instead of TAB. 

Development has released MUN-457386, Error Adding Employee into Payroll - Org/Location Restrictions Prevent you From Adding this Employee, to resolve this error.

Workaround is to use the TAB key instead of ENTER key when keying in the required fields when adding the check.
