Why is NH ERS file including employee address and phone number details

When uploading the submission file using the NHRS Validation Tool, errors occur for phone number missing because we don't store phone numbers in EERP.  Why are address and phone number details being included in the file when they weren't last month? 

XML Validation Error (Line##) violates mnLength constraint of "i" The attribute "PhoneNumber" with value""""failed to parse

Include Employee Demographics option was check marked when the submission file was created.

Uncheck the Include Employee Demographics option on the NH ERS Report screen and then select an output option to recreate the submission file.
