Different Pay Code Defaulting Via Add New Time Entry

Description of Issue

A supervisor has two employees with a different default pay code for Add New Time Entry than all their other employees. Why is this occurring?

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select UI Environment Flags

  3. Under the UI tab > Application Control section, use the drop down for Default Pay Code for Add New Time Entry/Bulk Transaction to select the appropriate code

  4. Select Save
