Description of Issue

Receiving a validation error uploading NHRS file to reporting agency - 

Specifies a total salary of {SpecifiedSalary} but the sum of all Salary Components is {SalarySum}.

Cause

TotalSalary in the Batch tag is only including a sum of Base Salary amounts instead of a sum of SalaryAmounts from Base, Comp over Base and Extra Duty. 

Resolution

Install (master) work ticket MUN-457212 when available.
