Description of Issue

User is forwarding button cannot be updated



Context

Workflow Administration 



Cause

Informational 



Resolution

  1. Open User Attributes, and pull up user

  2. Click Workflow Detail tab

  3. If the user is not yet a workflow approver, click Promote

  4. If user is currently not forwarding, click Forwarding Changes

  5. Once forwarding has been established, the main Workflow Detail tab will be updated with forwarding information
