Updating the max entry length in GL Settings

How do we go about getting max entry changed? We are able to add a 4 digit Fund in the Chart of Account Segments but Max entry is set to 3.

• Segments

Chart of Accounts was created with numbers less than the max length, we can, however, enter a max length of 4 yet GL Settings says the Max length is 3.

Max length allowed:

• • Fund = 4

  • Object = 6

  • Project = 5

Max Entry Length can only be adjusted if the existing Codes in Munis have a length less than or equal to the desired length.
