Inquiry Only Access for Employee Master





Description of Issue

User wants to assign Inquiry only access for employee master. They do not want to use Employee Inquiry as the user should not be able to see employee salaries.

Cause




Resolution
  1. Go to System Administration( Munis > System Administration > Security > Roles)

  2. Click on Search

  3. Enter the Role ID 

  4. Click Accept

  5. Click on HR Management/ Payroll yellow Folder

  6. Click on Update 

  7. Click Category access tab

  8. Set Employee Master Main to one of the Inquiry Only Access options.

  9. Review Data Access for Location and Org as they will need to be Full or Limited in order to view employees in Employee Master.
