How to Create an Approval History Report

  • I need a workflow approval report

  • Is there a way to export approval record data from Enterprise ERP, including information about who approved at an approval step?

Resolution

From the Approval History program:

  1. In the Approval History program (System Administration > Workflow Administration > Approval History), click Search

  2. Enter search parameters and click Accept

    1. If you want to search a particular date range, you can separate two dates with a colon (i.e. XX/XX/XXXX:XX/XX/XXXX)

  3. Select the Excel button on the ribbon

  4. Confirm the desired columns to included in the report and click Accept to export the report to Excel

From Workflow Central:

  1. In Workflow Central (System Administration > Workflow AdministrationWorkflow Central), click History

  2. If desired, narrow down module and timeframe in the top two dropdown fields

  3. Click Excel
