Description of Issue

Users are experiencing XXXXs across the screen when trying to access a module.

Context

  • EERP

  • Requisition Entry

  • Account Find

  • Purchase Order Inquiry

Cause

Issues with the users computer cause issues with the character display in programs

Resolution

  • Have user log off EERP

  • Fully shut down computer

  • Boot computer

  • Log into EERP 

  • Open program that had the issue
