Description of Issue
User didn't have CertUtil on their TCM server. User wants to download the CertUtil onto their TCM server.
Context
Tyler Content Manager (TCM)
Cause
The CertUtil is not downloaded on the TCM server.
Resolution
If you do not have CertUtil installed on your TCM server, please either contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal.
