Same Day Void Not Reflected in Deposit Detail

After voiding a transaction in Tyler Payments for a transaction taken the same day, no record of the reversed amount appears in the Deposit Detail Report and there is no indication of a chargeback being netted in the Deposit Activity Summary for that day.

Since the original transaction was taken on the same day as the void, the amount of the original transaction was never deposited. The transaction and the void cancel out and read as a net-zero, which is not recorded in Chase. 

No action needs to be taken in this instance.
