Cleared transactions are showing as Outstanding on the reconciliation record - clear date falls outside of reconciliation date range

User is seeing a transaction (Deposit, AP Check, PR Check, Void, etc.) showing as Outstanding on their bank reconciliation record, even though the transaction was either matched in Bank Reconciliation Manager or cleared manually

• Check Reconciliation

The Clear Date assigned to the transaction falls outside of the date range defined on the bank reconciliation record

The transaction will show as Outstanding until the user generates a reconciliation record using a date range that the Clear Date falls within.

To find out the date assigned as the Clear Date in Bank Reconciliation Manager, click Munis Transactions, select the transaction type from the dropdown (Check Register, Deposits, Journals), and use the filters to narrow down to the specific transaction.
