Description of Issue

Special Condition Code preventing all bills for a Customer or Property from showing in Citizen Self Service.

CSS bill not showing in CSS.

Cause

Special Condition Codes containing the Attribute Hide This Entity in CSS will cause all bills for that Customer and/or Parcel from also not showing in CSS.

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue.

Current workaround at this time is to remove any Special Condition Codes from bills that contain the Attribute Hide This Entity in CSS. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
