Description of Issue
Print Statements sends to the incorrect printer.
Resulting printout is only symbols and markings.Â

Cause
User chose the Align toolbar option instead of one of the Output options, resulting in an alignment sheet being printed.Â
Resolution
Make sure to choose the correct Output type when printing statements. The Output options are:
Output (provides a pop-up with several options)
Save
ReadyForms
Additional Information
The Align button is not present when the Create XML export file checkbox is selected.
