Exporting balance sheet accounts to excel shows and incorrect CBI Memo Balance amount

Biennial Budgeting 

When year 1 of the biennium has been closed and year 2 is the current year, the CBI Memo Balance takes year 1 ending balance and adds it into the memo for year 2, doubling current year SOY amount.

• Work ticket MUN-399296 is open with development to address the issue.
• The CY Memo Balance field will reflect the year 2 memo balance as expected. 

This only impacts a Munis database that has been set up for Biennial Budgeting
