Employee Advice Images are not in TCM



Description of Issue

We ran the Print Payroll Advices step and none of the employee's Advice Images are in TCM.

Resolution

Try to Reprint an example Advice to see if the TCM image gets created:

  1. Go to Advice Register and Export. (Click Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status. Click Print Payroll Advices)
  2. Click Register in the toolbar. Output the report and select an advice to be reprinted.
  3. Click Return. Click Print Payroll Advices. Note the correct next starting check number.
  4. Click on Reprint in the Menu.
  5. Define the Starting Check Number, Starting Old Check Number and Ending Old Check Number with the test Advice number.
  6. Click Accept.  Select Printer. Click Ok. 
  7. Once finished Printing, go into Manual Check Reconciliation (Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll>End of Period>Check Reconciliation>Manual Check Reconciliation) 
  8. Search for the Employee/Check Number. Click on the Attach Icon with the Paperclip in the toolbar. 
  9. Find the Payroll Check/Direct Deposit Advice Document Type. Open the attachment and see if the TCM image was created.
  10. If the Image was created use How to reprint Payroll Advices.

If the original advice numbers are unknown, refer to the Advice Register printed in Steps 1-2 to view the original starting and ending advice numbers.Â
