Description of Issue
Whenever I update the number of pays in Employee Job/Salary of my projection, Munis is forcing me to key in a new effective date.

Resolution
Whenever a change to an Employee Job/Salary record is made that will impact the rate of pay, Munis will force the user to key in a new Effective Date. This is intended functionality as the Salary Calculate feature uses the Effective Dates of pay changes to calculate the Reference Salary.
Additional Information
This functionality can be bypassed when updating Employee Job/Salary records via Employee Import.
