Pay codes not pulling into MT PERIS Report

Recently added pay codes were processed through payroll but not pulling into the MT PERIS Report

The newly added pay codes were not added to the Global Crosswalks > MTN - Montana PERIS Pay Type Codes table

To add pay codes to the MTN - Montana PERIS Pay Type Codes crosswalk table

1. Navigate to Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > State Specific > West > Montana > MT PERIS Report
2. Select Global Crosswalks from the menu ribbon
3. Click Search on the menu ribbon and choose MTN - Montana PERIS Pay Type Codes from the crosswalk type drop down menu
4. Click Add to add the pay code to the crosswalks table:
   • Enter the Munis Pay Code (ex. 191) in the Munis Value Field
   • Enter the MPERA Pay Type Code Value (ex. 0001) in the Crosswalk Value Field
   • Enter a description of the pay code in the Reference Field, or leave blank
5. Click Accept to save the new record

Please repeat the steps above to enter all missing pay codes. Once this is complete please re-generate the MT PERIS Report.
