Updating the Sick Plan in KY CERS Retirement Maintenance

Description of Issue

Need to update sick plan for employees in KY CERS Retirement Maintenance

Cause

When the KY CERS Retirement Maintenance records were created all employees were assigned to the incorrect sick plan

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the KY CERS Retirement Maintenance Program: Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > State Specific > South > Kentucky > KY CERS Monthly Retirement Maintenance
  2. Select Initial Setup from the Menu Ribbon
  3. Choose Sick Plan Update
  4. Select one of the following options from the popup box:
    • Standard Sick Plan
    • Alternative Sick Plan
    • None

Once a choice has been made all employees will be updated with the sick plan that was selected.
