Overtime Applying Before the Weekly Threshold is Met

Employee appears to be receiving the option to convert overtime into comp time before their weekly threshold is reached.

The pay code was not marked to allow overtime to split out from it 

1. Select System Admin
2. Select Master File Management
3. Select Pay Codes
4. Select the Pencil next to the pay code
5. Check the box to Allow Overtime to be split from this pay code
6. Select Save

Due to this pay code not allowing overtime to split out, the overtime split out from a pay code that would allow the split.
