Accrual pay code defaults into Time Entry Daily Grid
Description of Issue
When adding pays for employees in Time Entry Daily Grid it is defaulting with accrual type pay codes (200-Vacation, 300-Vacation, etc.) instead of their base pays.

Cause
There is an issue where absence pay is showing up as the default pay in Time Entry preference even when the absence value is set to No.
Resolution
A work ticket has been created for this issue and will be included in the 2019.1.21 and 2018.1.29 service packs.
