Description of Issue
  • Is there a way to reset ESS passwords for all employees? 
Context
  • Munis
  • Employee Self Service (ESS)
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
Cause
  • Site would like to reset all employees' passwords to the last four of their SSN
Resolution
  1. Navigate to the program Reset MSS Password in Munis
    • Menu → System Administration → Security → Reset MSS Passwords
  2. Click Password Update
  3. Review the warning prompt, this process will reset all passwords to the last four of the social security number
  4. Click Yes to proceed
