General Billing Print Statements Form Override Options Greyed Out

Not able to chose Form Override Options during Output

• Job Codes

This scenario could be due to this setting not being enabled for an Applications Job Code not being configured initially and can be configured by an admin. 

1. Navigate to System Administration>Printer/Device Administration>Tyler Forms Integration Configuration. 
2. Click Job Codes down in the Forms Setup section. 
3. Click Search to confirm there is no Munis Application record for Print General Billing Statements. 
   1. If there is an existing record, click Update, Add the Default Printer, Add either a single Default Override Option or choose blank for All and confirm it is enabled to be overridable. 
   2. If there is not an existing record, click Add and populate the appropriate information and make sure to enable the Default Override Option.
