There is a column (or multiples) that have custom cell formatting, we recommend cell formatting is either General or Text for best practice.
You will need to update the excel file columns and switch the cell formatting to either General or Text.
The easiest way to change the format without affecting the format of the SSN or other data was to save the file as a CSV, close it, and then open that same file back and save as an Excel Workbook. Once completed, all of the fields were formatted as General and able to successfully import the file without error.
