Description of Issue
  • When we attempt to output-post actions we get the following error, this action codes has no workflow associated
Context
  • Munis
  • Personnel Actions
  • Workflow
  • Output-Post
Cause
  • One or more Action Entry records are in the Workflow Status N - Not released or X - In Progress
Resolution
  1. Navigate to the program Personnel Actions Entry
    • Menu → Human Capital Management → Human Resources → Personnel Actions → Personnel Actions Entry
  2. Select Search
  3. Define your search criteria
  4. Review the listed records to ensure all records are in a status Y - Approved
Additional Information
  • The program Personnel Actions will require the Workflow Status field if even one Personnel Action related Workflow Business Rule is set up
