Auto Reverse did not automatically create new GRV journals

Journals flagged as Y in the Auto Reverse field did not automatically create GRV journals.

Journal Reversal

• The Auto Reverse field only allows the journal to be grouped with other journals to create multiple reversal journals simultaneously.

• Munis will not automatically generate GRV journals without user input.

All posted journals with the Auto Reverse field flagged as Y can be reversed at the same time using the Journal Reversal program.

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Journal Reversal

1. Click Auto Reverse

2. Select the journals you would like to reverse, or click Select All

3. Click Accept

4. Enter the year, period, and effective date that you would like to post the reversal journals to

5. Click Accept

6. Click Output Post

7. If no errors and prompted to post journal, click Yes
