Print Time Entry Notes with Dates on Payroll Advices

Is there a way to print Time Entry notes to print to payroll advices

• Time Entry

• Time Entry Preferences

Record Date Notes check box was unchecked

1. Go to Time Entry (Payroll> Payroll Processing > Time Entry)

2. Click Preferences

3. Click Screen Preferences tab

4. Click Update

5. Check the check box Record Date Notes

6. Click Accept

Moving forward the Date notes will be printed on advices. If these should not print, uncheck the check box for Record Date Notes
