Use monthly budgeting with annual available budget checks

• Site is considering entering monthly budget amounts to have for reporting and wants to keep available budget checks based on annual available budget.

Chart of Account Segments

In Chart of Account Segments program under Fund, the Available budget method field setting determines how available budget is calculated for each fund.

• If set to Annual, budget checks will be based on annual budget amounts.

• If set to Monthly, budget checks will be based on available budget for that month plus any available budget left over from prior months of the same fiscal year.
