Timer changes the start time from PST to EST time zone after saving in Field Work

Starting a timer in Field Work shows the start time in PST time zone. After saving the timer the start time switches from PST to EST time zone. If you complete the timer the start time stays in EST time zone causing the total number of hours to read incorrectly.
