Accrual Year end processing 

Error message: DBL E ERR for Employees on accrual type 4 table 3

• Employee Maintenance

• Employee Accruals

• Payroll Setup 

• Accrual Table

Accrual tables had an End of Year option of E-DBL TRANS BASED ON TARGET BAL but the applicable tables were not defined in the folder.

1. Go to  Accrual Tables (Payroll > Accrual Processing > Accrual Tables)

2. Click Search

3. Enter the Accrual Type and Table

4. Click Accept

5. Click End of Year tab

6. Click Update

7. Click Yellow folder next to the Option E-DBL TRANS BASED ON TARGET BAL

8. TAB down to Accrual Unit Section

9. Enter the Level.
