Additional information concerning a status error of -268

• Employee Accumulators

Record already exists with the same year and same month for that employee.

1. Navigate to Employee Accumulators (Human Capital Management>Payroll>Employee Accumulators).

2. Search for Employee number, year, Accumulator Type, Frequency, Month.

3. Click Accept.         

   1. If a record already exists, select Update, change the information then Accept.

   2. If the record does not exist, select Add, enter the employee information, then Accept
