Report to show changes made to Purchase Orders
The PO Audit displays if a change has been made, but does not show what the change was. Is there a report that will show the PO change details?
I want to see the changes made to POs without going into individual purchase orders. Is there a report?Â

Select the option PO Audit Report
This report prints a range of purchase orders showing historical information from purchase order entry through liquidation and can also be used to purge old history records.
Information in this report includes: Year, PO #, Chn, Lin, Account, Change Date, Cleark, Description, Original Data, New Data
Changes reported include: Liquidation, Status, Record added, Receiving Added, PO Printed, Reprint, Detail Item Desc, Credit Price, Unit Price, Account Segment Changes
