Description of Issue

When clicking the Tyler University button in the Tyler Cashiering question mark menu.

Context

Cause

A pop-up blocker is causing the window to be blocked.

Resolution

  1. On your computer, open Chrome (Or the affected browser).

  2. At the top right, Vertical ellipse > Extensions > Manage Extensions.

  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.

  4. Retest the Tyler University Pop-up in Cashiering.

    1. Cashiering > ? button > Tyler University.
