Description of Issue

Accrual leave code not listed in the dropdown under Time Off request to select.

  • Time & Attendance 

  • Time Off request 

  • Pay Code

Cause

Resolution

In order to make the code available to under Time off request screen:

  1. Navigate to System Admin 

  2. Click Master file management 

  3. Click Pay Codes

  4. Scroll down to pay code name

  5. Click Pencil to edit

  6. Scroll down to Additional Settings

  7. Check box -> Show on time off request

  8. Click Save
