Accrual Code not Available Under Hours Request Screen

Accrual leave code is not listed in the dropdown under Hours Request to select. 

• Time & Attendance 

• Hours request 

• Pay Code

The Show on hours request setting was not selected within Master File Management

In order to make the code available to under the Hours request screen:

1. Navigate to System Admin 

2. Click Master file management 

3. Click Pay Codes

4. Scroll down to pay code name

5. Click Pencil to edit

6. Scroll down to Additional Settings

7. Check box -> Show on hours request

8. Click Save
