SSN was changed during the Personnel Action Entry process

Description of Issue

Periodically noticed that employee SSNs were changing during the personnel action process with what looks to be a date

Context

Cause

Selecting Update in the Pending Employee Master sets the cursor to the SSN Field. If you start to type in another field not realizing the cursor did not move, you could start to overwrite the SSN by accident, and if its not noticed then it will save the change. 

Resolution

Under enhancement work ticket MUN-481807, if the SSN was updated and you save the record, it will provide a warning letting you know the SSN was updated and offer to revert it.
