How to determine if a site is case sensitive or case insensitive

There are two ways to check this

• Go to System Administration>General Administration>Diagnostic & Run-time information>

1. Click on Database

2. Under General, you will see Case Type. It will show Case-Sensitive or Case-Insensitive

•  Access the site report in Tyler Deploy, go to Munis ERP. The Database Info will have CI or CS in it

I want the search function across all EERP modules to be case insensitive
