User trying to access already closed bill run but getting a message munis ubstatus this action may not be taken now.

How to clear out locks in bill run.
Utility Billing Classic
The message indicates a lock in the bill run. To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:
1.) Close out of the Bill Run Process
2.) Go into Property Revenue > Utility Billing > Setup > Locks
3.) Click Search
4.) Click Accept
5.) Click the Red X from the Ribbon
6.) Select Yes to Delete
7.) Go back into the Bill Run Process and should be able to continue.
UB CIS
1.) Close out of the Bill Run Process
2.) Go into Property Revenue > Utility Billing > Setup > Locks
3.) Click Search
4.) Click Accept
5.) Click the Delete from the Ribbon
6.) Go back into the Bill Run Process and should be able to continue.
