SSRS error when creating subscriptions

Description of Issue

SSRS shows a Something Went Wrong error when creating new subscription for a report

Context

  • EERP any version

  • Tyler Reporting Services

  • Subscriptions

Cause

SSRS ReportServer database contains some stored procedures that reference the ReportServerTempDB using an incorrect name.

Resolution

Please create a support ticket with EERP Reporting Services Support team to resolve this issue.
